This is one of the only companies I know of that is completely honest with their customers, even if it might cost them a sale for the day. Today, the manager Nick and the assistant manager Bill were kind enough to indulge a curious customer and completely talked me through the process of how radiator reservoirs work and they educated me on the importance of fuel injection cleanering. By the way, you should totally do that! You'll get service and a show!

I have had no less than 7 vehicles run thru this location over the past 15 years and always was satisfied with the work.

I want to get a service done, not battle sales reps and this store never does that to me. They do however thoroughly explain anything that needs maintenance, replacement or attention. I do replace and purchase the things that require it for the maintenance of my cars' needs. Today I had an additional surprise service... my battery died while I was in the oil change bay. The team quickly jumped into action and to help me out. (They actually resembled a pit crew!). The manager ended up pulling his own vehicle around to the front of my car to give it a jump. They had me stay and wait with my car running to ensure it had enough power. They even had me turn my car off to ensure it would restart before I headed out to make I would not get stranded anywhere. I had my 12 year old daughter with me so I extra appreciated their concern that I would make it to my next destination. I have an 08 Impala and it has only been to Uncle Ed's for its oil changes. I bring my husbands truck to this location for all oil changes as well. We would never go anywhere else due to the excellent service we receive. You have a top notch team working at this location and I believe it is one to be modeled after for all your locations for training and customer service.

I have NONE of those feelings with Tom and the team at Uncle Ed's 1110. They were incredibly quick and friendly and professional, and most particularly were very good about (a) telling me about the work in need done in the near future, and also (b) how critical that work is. I had a question about gaskets in my engine starting to leak, which I had heard from another mechanic was going to be dangerous soon, and Tom was very clear that while it was important, it was not as urgent as a couple of other things. VERY happy with the work they do here, and I absolutely will be back for any work they can do for me.

I felt the service I received during my recent oil change visit at Uncle Ed's warrants recognition and praise of two of your employees. Historically, getting an oil change is one of those 'must do' maintenance obligations that I'm not one to look forward to. On this particular visit, however, my experience was one that leaves me looking forward to coming back. During this visit, I had the pleasure of getting acquainted with Michael J. and Lovell W.. From the moment I pulled into the bay, these two gentlemen made my experience positive and memorable. What I appreciated the most is the approach they took in introducing me to maintenance services that I might benefit from. I'm not an easy sell and prefer to research purchases as an informed buyer. I am not a fan of the pushy salesperson and will, in many cases, (even if I need a service) take my business elsewhere if I feel product is being pushed on me or the seller is insincere. I did not get any of this from Michael J. and Lovell W.. In fact, I feel Michael J's and Lovell W's approach should be emulated by other employees as the gold standard of service. Not only did I purchase several services beyond the oil change I had come in for, I also learned a great deal about my vehicle that I had not known about in the 4 years I've owned it. I left feeling informed, cared about as a customer and wanting to return. Thanks Michael J. and Lovell W. for such a positive experience and for the education (and laughs). I'll definitely be back.

Even though they were closed for the evening both of them said for me to come in and they could help me out. Both Michael J and Brandon R were very polite and extremely helpful. They checked everything for me and did a safety check of my lights. I was very pleased and thankful that they took the time for me even though it was past closing time and they were almost done with their cleanup. While I am a single customer in your overall system, apparently your different shops do not share service history on your customers, as far as I can tell. I was told that I was due for a transmission fluid replacement, which I did. However, after consulting my records, I realized I had had that done at a different shop only 20,000 miles ago, which the shop I was in did not know about. I assumed that what was being recommended was based on what is in your customer profile, as I did not think that I had to remember which shop I had which service done. While I may not have had a transmission fluid replacement done in this shop, they should have known my overall service history, in which case they should not have recommended what turned out to be a premature service, costing me extra money of course. I was not pleased about that. I was assuming that a company with multiple branches would be sophisticated enough to have a consolidated history of each customer. Next time I will check my repair records thoroughly before any visit to determine whether the recommended service is really required or not.

And even though there are somethings that they couldn't fix they still informed me that they where broken or needed to be changed.
