• Voucher expires five calendar years after the date of purchase.
• Voucher is redeemable at all Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe locations.
• Voucher has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
• Voucher cannot be reloaded.
• Voucher may not be used to purchase gift certificates or vouchers.
• Voucher may only be redeemed with purchase.
• Value of voucher includes price of service plus Michigan sales tax.
• Voucher may be redeemed for indicated service or may be used for any service at Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe.
• Lost or stolen voucher is non-refundable.
• Resale of this voucher or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Uncle Ed’s reserves the right to immediately invalidate a voucher, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check, or other form of repudiated payment made towards the voucher.
• Uncle Ed’s reserves the right not to honor any voucher that is determined to be fraudulent or while suspected fraud is investigated.
• In the event that a voucher code is non-functional, purchaser’s sole remedy and Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe sole liability shall be the replacement of such voucher. However, a voucher code will not be deemed non-functional if the voucher code has already been redeemed.
• Voucher must be used in accordance with the law. Use of this voucher constitutes acceptance of the terms of use.
• For vouchers purchased online, the following additional terms and conditions apply:
  • Uncle Ed’s is not responsible for emailed voucher that does not reach its intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified.

  • If electronic voucher is lost or stolen, electronic voucher may be re-printed. However, each electronic voucher bears a unique code that may only be redeemed once. Thus, if someone redeems the lost or stolen voucher first, Uncle Ed’s will not honor the reprinted copy.
• Promotional value will expire 4 months from date of purchase and applies only for the designated service. After the promotion has ended, you may apply the purchase price you paid for this voucher toward any Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe goods and services. The voucher will expire five calendar years after the date of purchase.
• Promotional value is for an oil change service and does not include sales tax and shop supply fee. Promotional oil change includes five quarts of oil; additional quarts of oil cost extra. Additional charges will also apply for premium oil and premium oil filters. Promotional value cannot be used for a diesel oil change. Promotional value cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, discounts, gift certificates, rebates or vouchers.
• In the event that a voucher bar code is non-functional, purchaser’s sole remedy and Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe sole liability shall be the replacement of such voucher. However, a voucher bar code will not be deemed non-functional if the voucher bar code has already been redeemed.

• Earn 1 Reward Point per dollar spent on every visit, excluding the purchase of Gift Certificates and Pre-Purchased Oil Changes.  (Points are eligible to be earned on redemption of Gift Certificates and Pre-Purchased Oil Changes.) 

• Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash or credit back on prior purchases.

• Rewards may only be applied to a future purchase.

• Rewards Points are not transferable.

• At the time the Points are redeemed, they must be surrendered.

• Expired Rewards Points cannot be reissued.

• Employees and fleet accounts are not eligible to participate.

• The decision of Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe management in the interpretation of this program is final.

• Uncle Ed’s reserves the right to revise or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
