Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe terms of use for gift certificates and pre-paid service vouchers.

The following terms and conditions apply to all gift certificates purchased at Uncle Ed’s stores or at www.uncleedsoil.com:

• Gift certificate expires five calendar years after the date of purchase.

• Gift certificate is redeemable at all Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe locations.

• Gift certificate has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.

• Gift certificate cannot be reloaded.

• Gift certificate may not be used to purchase gift certificates or vouchers.

• Gift certificate may only be redeemed with purchase.

• Lost or stolen gift certificate is non-refundable.

• Resale of this gift certificate or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purpose is strictly prohibited.

• Uncle Ed’s reserves the right to immediately invalidate a gift certificate, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check, or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate.

• Uncle Ed’s reserves the right not to honor any gift certificate that is determined to be fraudulent or while suspected fraud is investigated.

• In the event that a gift certificate bar code is non-functional, purchaser’s sole remedy and Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe sole liability shall be the replacement of such gift certificate. However, a gift certificate bar code will not be deemed non-functional if the gift certificate bar code has already been redeemed.

• Gift certificate must be used in accordance with the law. Use of this gift certificate constitutes acceptance of the terms of use.

• For gift certificates purchased online, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

o Uncle Ed’s is not responsible for emailed gift certificate that does not reach its intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified.

o If electronic gift certificate is lost or stolen, gift certificate may be re-printed. However, each gift certificate bears a unique code that may only be redeemed once. Thus, if someone redeems the lost or stolen gift certificate first, Uncle Ed’s will not honor the reprinted copy.
